Who is responsible for your information

Kitchen Warehouse Company, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, is the controller of the personal data described here. What we collect and why

We collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, the contents of your order and any messages you send us. Our website providers also process technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you view. We use this information to take and deliver your order, answer your questions, handle returns, prevent fraud, keep the website secure and keep the business records the law requires.

The lawful basis is the contract with you for orders and support, our legal obligations for records, our legitimate interest in running a secure shop, and your consent for optional analytics and advertising cookies.

Payments and the providers we use

Stripe processes card payments and PayPal processes PayPal payments on their own services; this website does not see or store your full card details. We share only what each needs with our hosting and order-storage providers, our email and customer-support tools, our warehouse and the courier that delivers your order. We do not sell personal data.

Transfers outside the EEA

Caruso Consulting Co Ltd is based in Thailand, and some of our providers process information outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for six years, as Irish law requires for business records. Other information is kept only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for. We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted connections.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the Data Protection Acts 1988 to 2018 you can ask for a copy of your information, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable form, and withdraw consent at any time.
