Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use kitchenwarehouse.irish and when you buy from Kitchen Warehouse Company, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. Please read them with our shipping and refunds pages, which form part of them.

Products, prices and orders

We take care to describe products accurately. Prices are in euro (EUR), and the cart shows the full total, including any delivery charge, before you pay. Check the item, quantity and delivery details before paying. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. If an item is unavailable or a price has been shown in error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

Payment

Card payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal, over encrypted connections. We do not see or store full card numbers. An order is processed once payment is authorised.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Our shipping and refunds and returns pages explain delivery charges, your 14 day right to withdraw and what happens if an item is faulty or incorrect.

Using the products

Read the product description and any supplied instructions, and use products only for their intended purpose. Ask us before ordering if a size or use is unclear.

Using this website

The website content is for your personal use when shopping with us. You may not copy it for commercial use or use the site in a way that harms it or other users.

Liability and your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 or any other Irish or EU consumer law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Irish law, and you may bring proceedings in the Irish courts. If something goes wrong, please contact us first so we can try to put it right.
