Shipping and delivery

Delivery times

We deliver across Ireland. Allow 24 to 48 hours for handling, then 5 to 7 days for delivery. Delivery time varies by location. If we cannot deliver within 30 days, or by a date we agreed with you, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders of €100 or more after any discount. Below €100, delivery costs €25. The cart shows the delivery charge and the full total before you pay.

Tracking

You receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels. See track your parcel for help.

Address questions

Email theteam@customersupport.care before ordering if you need to confirm delivery to your address. Please include your Eircode.
